NYS TESOL is thrilled to announce that the 53rd Annual Conference will be hybrid, with virtual and in-person options. We currently have a LIMITED NUMBER of seats available! You may register for:
Package 1: Virtual Day (September 30th) - Participate from the comfort of your own home via zoom. ($90 for members / $100 for non-members)
Package 2: Virtual Day (September 30th) plus ONE in-person day (either Friday, November 3rd or Saturday, November 4th) at the Hilton Albany Conference Center Hotel. ($270 for members / $300 for non-members)
Package 3: Virtual Day (September 30th) plus TWO in-person days (Friday, November 3rd AND Saturday, November 4th) at the at Hilton Albany Conference Center Hotel. ($350 for members / $380 for non-members)
Package 4: ONE in-person day (either November 3rd OR November 4th) at the Hilton Albany Conference Center Hotel ($180 Members/ $190 non-members)
Package Add-on: President's Awards Reception Ticket ($50)
ALL Conference Registrations include 2024 NYS TESOL membership. In-person days include breakfast and lunch. If you are a current NYS TESOL member, please log-in before registering in order to ensure you receive the discounted rate.
REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY: Members/Non-members who make cancelations up to two weeks prior to the start of the in-person conference will receive a refund of 50%. There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancelations made after October 20th.
