Event Description
For this series of webinars, participants will engage in an interactive discussion on current and relevant publications in our field. In this first session, we will discuss Share's (2021) piece, "Is the Science of Reading just the Science of Reading English?" published in Reading Research Quarterly. In our discussion, we will consider points of intersection between Science of Reading and ELs. Those interested will be sent the article upon registration. The goal is to create a space where teacher educators can engage with research literature related to the academic success of MLLs in school.
