New York State educators that service and work with English Language Learners (ELLs) in a K-12 public school setting, need to be aware of the minimum requirements as mandated by C.R. Part 154. This will support to enhance and strengthen programs and services for our ELLs. This presentation will give all participants an overview of C.R. Part 154.
