Event Description
In this presentation, teachers, administrators, superintendents, consultants will identify characteristics of equitable dual language programs. They will also be introduced to strategies and techniques for successful implementation.
Presenter: Dr. Lucia Buttaro
Dr. Lucia Buttaro has been working with a variety of school districts in implementing successful dual language programs where the ultimate goal is to help emergent bilinguals develop the skills to become bilingual, biliterate, and bicultural to enable them to become productive members of a global society.
NYS TESOL members are eligible for 1 CTLE credit.
