Event Description
During these three brief interactive presentations, teachers will learn ways to support language learning as a meaning-making function: leveraging multilingualism through guided reading, the explicit teaching of language registers, and making complex language forms accessible to young learners through writing and speaking. There will be opportunities for discussion and suggestions for applications to daily classroom tasks.
